The property consists of 15 fully furnished rooms all with king, queen or full size beds, each room is complete with private bath, hot water, cable TV, telephone, and ceiling fan. Fully equipped kitchen, laundry and office with 3 telephone lines and 1 exclusive fax line , computer with access to Internet, also to register all incoming and outgoing phone calls.

Every room has its own safe deposit box (under concession), ample parking in front, swimming pool with all new equipment, fully automatic (one year of use).

Our main attraction is our location. The Pine Tree Inn is in one of the best area of Costa Rica, surrounded  by banks, hospitals, supermarkets, restaurants, gas stations, all this will make all your guest stay more enjoyable.

Ademas cada cada habitacion cuenta con caja de seguridad (en concesion), tenemos amplio parqueo en frente, piscina con todo su equipo practicamente nuevo (un año de uso) y automatizada, sala de estar con chimenea y estamos ubicados en la zona de mayor pusvalia de Costa Rica, rodeado por una gama de servicios tales como bancos, hospitales, supermercados, restaurantes y gasolineras, que hara la estadia de sus huespedes mas placentera.
