TOAD HALL Gallery and restaurant is located on the shores of Lake Arenal, just a beautiful 45 minute drive from La Fortuna and Volcano Arenal and only 30 minutes from the world famous Tabacon Hot Springs and Spa.

Established in 1993 TOAD HALL is one of Costa Rica's finest art galleries with a long tradition of discovering the finest examples of Folk and Indigenous art available in this beautiful country.

The "only" food service operation on the "lake side" between La Fortuna and Nuevo Arenal. ALL the traffic from Volcano Arenal to the Pacific Beaches passes Toad Hall.

Part of the fun owning at Toad Hall is the opportunity to meet some of the artists and discover their new works.

Restaurant seats 50+ and accommodates at least several tour buses daily during the high season.

The large and well organized kitchen has the ability to serve a large group in a short time.

All Breads and Pastries are "Homemade" on the premises.

Established suppliers deliver about 90% of required supplies and food stuffs.

A unique part of this fine property allows the resident manager to live on the premises in an apartment above the restaurant. The 400 sq. ft. apartment  is complete with bedroom and bathroom. This offers a very secure business with the ability of the owners to come and go as they please to keep the inventory up to ideal levels. 

PLUS a small "pulperia" or grocery nook for the locals to pick up their grocery items.

 In addition to the Restaurant & Gallery there are 2 homes on the property. One is a rental ioncome producing property. The home is approx. 1,000 sq. ft. consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and living/dining area.
