Location:

 The property is located on the Osa Peninsula, in Southeastern Costa Rica in an area known as La Frontera which is in Sierpe district, in the province of Puntarenas.  The geographic coordinates are approximately the following: 08° 46” 52’ north latitude, and 83°30”52’ longitude.

Access:

 Property has access all year by land or by plane to Palmar Sur and taxi or rent a car to the property from the airport.  Property is adjacent to a public road in the south.

Resources:

 The Primary  Forest of the zone is one of the most diverse in the world. There are many unique species of plants, insects, birds and animals in this area.

The Secondary Forest is represented in several ways. There are creeks and waterfalls of abundant, clear and pure water, permanent through all the year.

The panoramic view it has is amazing. There’s the chance of a view toward Dulce Gulf (to the south), Uvita Point and the Marino Ballena National Park. There is currently a view of the Pacific Coast, mouth of the Terraba River, Coronado´s River Mouth, Sierpe´s River Meander, Violin Island, Sierpe´s Manglar, Dulce Gulf´s Forest Reserve (North and Northwest)

Actual Use:

 Approximately 65% of the area is primary forest and the remainder is secondary forest. The Forest is classified as tropical.

 Public road on the south end. Communication is by cellular phone.  Electricity is available by solar or can be brought approximately 1.5 km to the property.   The nearest community is El Bajo San Juan, which has a health care center, church, store, school and development association. Other nearby populations are: Rincón de la Osa, La Palma de Puerto Jimenez, Sierpe de Osa. It is also near the protected wild areas of the Peninsula de Osa,  Golfo Dulce, Corcovado National Park, Piedras Blancas National Park, Caño´s Island Natural Reserve, Manglar Térraba Sierpe, Marino Ballena National Park, and Golfo Dulce Forest Reserve. Other interesting attractions are: Cerro de Oro, Rincon River, Tigre River, Sierpe River, Esquinas River, Chocuaco River, Chocuaco Lagoon, Sierpe Lagoon, Drake Bay, Blanca Beach, Pargos Beach, Mogos Beach, and Cañaza Beach.
