The first home is a simple European built A-frame with an open concept floor plan. A fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with a King size bed, plus a full bath.

The place to enjoy the sound of the surf and cool ocean breezes.

The second home is a 1 bedroom "Casita", once again a fully equipped kitchen and the living area outdoors overlooking the gardens and in-ground pool.

Playa Tambor, a sleepy small fishing village that has not been caught up in the expanding Guanacaste area. Walking distance from the house are several restaurants, supermarket, a few souvenir shops, bus stop and boutique stores.

Arrangements can easily be made for deep sea fishing charters, horse back rides, etc.

The beach offers kilometer after kilometer of pristine beach to walk or horse back ride and nearby are 2 golf courses.
