At the top a rudimentary public road goes by allowing for access to a beautiful ridge that has Pacific Ocean views and a sizable piece of road frontage. 

There is a creek fed by an ample fresh water spring generated through thick original vegetation. Natural pools, big boulders, little rapids and falls mark the course of the stream.

At the bottom we find an old home site promising fruit trees of all kinds.

There is no electricity as very few people live here. The closest pulperia though is about a refreshing 20 minutes stroll away along a beautiful river which has Central America’s highest waterfall a bit further upstream in its wake. Nature is exuberant.
